I am currently in training to become a sports psychologist and complete my Master of Arts in applied sports psychology in Halle, Germany.
INTERNSHIP IN SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY IN MAGGLINGEN
April 2022 - June 2022
I completed a 3-month internship in sports psychology at the Swiss Federal Office of Sport (BASPO) in Magglingen. During this time, I was able to conduct several workshops and familiarized myself with many topics and concepts in sports psychology. I was able to work with athletes from a lot of different sports, such as football, gymnastics and alpine skiing.
TENNIS COACH
Since 2020
In various tennis clubs, such as Teufenthal, Wettingen, Schinznach and Muhen, I was or still am active as a tennis coach for competitive players, children, and adults and also accompanied an ATP player to tournaments. In addition, I am in training to become a competition coach C.
BACHELORÂ IN PSYCHOLOGY IN THE USA
2018 - 2021
At Saint Leo University in Florida, I had the opportunity to combine my studies with competitive tennis and to develop in both areas. Playing on a Division II team ranked in the top 5 in the US, I was able to gain a lot of experience in college tennis and also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
SPORTS HIGH SCHOOL WITH MATURA DEGREE IN AARAU
2013 - 2018
I graduated from the sports high school at the Alte Kanti Aarau and was able to follow my tennis career in addition to my school education. During that time, I gained a lot of experience at international tournaments, made my way up the Swiss tennis rankings to the top 50, and became the U18 Swiss doubles champion and semi-finalist in singles. I also wrote my Matura thesis about the effects of a placebo on the serve in tennis.
